Should you have suggestions / issues that you wish to escalate, may I request that utilise the WARD 72 TICKET system. The ticket system allows me to consolidate issues to escalate to the relevant City of Joburg official. By using the ticket system this gives me a global view of the issues that need to be addressed at council level. This is the way as a DA Councillor can improve service delivery to residents in WARD 72.
Remember I need you to obtain ref no before I escalate an issue. Your ref. no. "starts the clock" to track service delivery process. It is an essential step in the process to improve service delivery to residents in WARD 72. By logging your issue this holds the official accountable through SLAs, i.e. officials are required to attend to issues within a specific time frame.
