Why Submit a Ticket
When you submit a ticket this generally relates to an issue that needs my assistance that the City of Joburg Region E Service Centre have not resolved within a reasonable period being 30 days. The Region E Walk-In Centre is situated at 137 Daisy Street Corner of Daisy and Grayston streets, Sandton and operate Mon-Fri 7h30 - 15h30 & 3rd Mon of the month - 8h00 - 15h30.
What is the benefit of submitting a support ticket?
To provide better support, we use Support Tickets - you describe the problem on our website, and you then send the form. This form that you submits creates a ticket that has an unique ID known as a ticket no. The ticket form helps me take queries and collect information for each resident who logs an issue. Unlike sending an email, submitting allow me to gain a better insight into the type of issues that we are experiencing in WARD 72.

More about the Walk-In Centre.
The Walk-In Customer Service Centre has been established to improve service delivery. Services provided cover customer care, housing, trade licences, and rates and taxes.
The centre is an essential line of communication between the community and the City's administration and acts as a gateway into the administration. Customer care is usually the first point of contact for visitors or callers. It handles general enquiries and complaints by telephone, e-mail, fax or face-to-face at the centre. Brochures on the City of Johannesburg, maps and business directories are available, as is information on services, schools, restaurants, hotels, non-governmental organisations and so forth.CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON REGION E CENTRE.
